People all across Long Island came together on Friday, September 28 to show their support for prostate cancer awareness on IMF’s annual “Wear Blue for the Men You Love” Day. Thank you for helping raise awareness of this disease and the importance of early detection! See more photos at www.facebook.com/imfcares!
Prostate Cancer remains the second deadliest cancer for men, causing approximately 30,000 deaths each year. Yet if detected early, this disease is almost always curable. The Wear Blue for the Men You Love campaign, in its fourth year, is a call to action for all the important men in our lives: fathers, husbands, sons, brothers, and friends. Education and early detection are critical to winning the fight against prostate cancer.
