Registration OPEN for The Blue Ribbon Run for Prostate Cancer!

September 2012

Dear Friends and Supporters,

It is hard to believe that Integrated Medical Foundation will soon be celebrating its 5 year anniversary. In just a few short years our organization has grown to become the leading source on Long Island for prostate cancer awareness, education and support services – all which are provided FREE to the public!

Prostate cancer is still a leading killer of men, striking 1 in 6 men (1 in 4 African American men). Over 30,000 men die every year from this disease which often presents no symptoms. We at IMF are working hard to reach even more men and their loved ones with the message that Early Detection Saves Lives.

Registration is now open for the 4th Annual Blue Ribbon Run for Prostate Cancer in Woodbury, NY. The 5K Run on Sunday, November 18, will bring together prostate cancer survivors, runners, caregivers, friends and family. The funds we raise will go towards our year-round outreach and education programs, patient support groups and free screenings.

Register Online HERE —  or print out an application HERE.

Please help us in our efforts to raise funds for prostate cancer awareness, education and support.
